What is Whitelist IPs feature used for?
This feature lets you exclude specific IP addresses from Geos’ redirection and popup rules. Visitors from these IPs will not be redirected or see the geolocation popup.
This is useful when:
You want your internal team, developers, or testers to browse the store without being redirected.
You’re previewing localization or testing new settings from specific regions.
How to Whitelist IPs?
To exclude specific IP addresses, open Settings tab from your navigation bar
In Whitelist IPs section, enter the IP address you would like to skip redirection.
Click Add
Repeat above steps for all IP addresses you want to exclude from the redirection.
Click Save on the top bar once you finish
If you want to whitelist the IP address you are using, simply click Add the IP that Geos detected.
Tips:
IP addresses can be found by searching “What is my IP” on Google.
Only exact IPs are supported (not ranges or wildcards).
If your IP changes frequently, you may need to update it manually.
